1. Delivery Area
Meds2U currently offers medication delivery services across South Africa. We are continuously expanding our network to cover more areas across the African continent. .

2. Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery:

Available Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery within 1-3 business days for major cities.

Delivery within 3-5 business days for rural or outlying areas.

Same-Day Delivery:

Available in selected major cities for orders placed before 17:00 PM.

Orders placed after 17:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on stock availability, prescription verification, and the time of order placement.

3. Delivery Fees
​
We strive to keep our delivery fees affordable to ensure healthcare is accessible to all. The fees are as follows:

Standard Delivery: R90 for orders under R500. Free for orders above R500.

Same-Day Delivery: R80 for orders under R250. Free for orders above R250.

Promotional periods may offer free delivery for all orders. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions.

4. Prescription Verification
​
All prescription medication orders require verification by a Meds2U partner pharmacy. If your prescription needs verification, our pharmacy partners may contact you or your doctor directly to confirm details.

Orders that require prescription verification may experience slight delays. We recommend ensuring your prescriptions are up to date and valid to avoid delays.

5. Receiving Your Delivery
​
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your medication. If you are unavailable to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt a second delivery. If the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to the pharmacy, and you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order
​
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

7. Delivery Issues and Returns
​
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as incorrect or damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of prescription medication. Non-prescription items may be eligible for returns, subject to our return policy.

8. Pharmacy Partner Deliveries

Meds2U partners with local pharmacies to fulfill orders. Depending on your location, your medication may be delivered directly by a partner pharmacy. The same shipping policies and standards apply to these deliveries.
9. International Deliveries
Currently, Meds2U does not offer international deliveries. We are working on expanding our services to more countries in the near future.
